I had a wonderful experience with the Red Light Therapy and Medical Sauna. Both treatments were very relaxing, and I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. The Red Light Therapy was soothing and comfortable, and the Medical Sauna was a great way to relax, unwind, and enjoy some much-needed self-care.

The atmosphere was peaceful, clean, and welcoming, and the overall experience was excellent. I’m glad I decided to try these services and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a relaxing wellness experience. I’m looking forward to coming back and trying some of the other services they offer!

It’s unreal how so much and so many forms of wellness and pampering are in one spa! And a neighborhood spa at that. Boy, am I soooo grateful. It’s so charming and clean too.

If you are in an and thinking of getting a massage to help release it and bring mobility back do not think a second more and schedule with Laz. He is a fixer. It’s worth it. Never fails when I’m in acute pain from old injuries it’s my must.

Absolutely fabulous massage session. What Lien does is beyond massage. She is blending several techniques to achieve the therapeutic results you are looking for. Not a simple spa “relaxation” massage, she is helping me work towards goals that are improving my mobility, strength, and physical well being.
